Should you desire to receive a refund, please contact us via phone or email and we will provide you with a return authorization number.  Along with the RA number, we also require the original bottle or bottles, along with any unused portion of the product to be returned to our office within 60 days of purchase.   Customers are also responsible for all shipping costs.
